1. UNZIPPING
------------------------------------------------
"Turn on, tune in, drop out."
------------------------------------------------
Unzip files into a folder called "calif" in your SCENARIO folder. Files must be here for the batch files to work properly.

************************************************
2. BAT FILES
------------------------------------------------
"Real Engineers wear badges so they don't forget who they are."
------------------------------------------------
Install.bat makes a backup of your Tiles.dll, Ss.dll, and City.gif files in a backup folder called "cabackup" in the Game directory. It then copies the modified graphics from the scenario folder to the game folder.
Revert.bat does the opposite.

3. GAMEPLAY
------------------------------------------------
"Two things came from Berkeley, LSD and UNIX. This is not believed to be a coincidence." This is not actually true either.
------------------------------------------------
Almost everything has been radically changed and edited for this scenario. Take some time to read the Civilopedia descriptions to familiarize yourself with things.

BETA TESTERS: Describe.txt is only partially complete. Read Rules.txt for rest.

************************************************
4. SOUND
------------------------------------------------
"If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one to hear it, the logging company is covering up something."
------------------------------------------------
Not included, but units are arranged for it to be easily added. Please see http://sleague.apolyton.net/ for a FAQ on units and sound mapping.

5. CREDITS
------------------------------------------------
"Q: How many scenario designers does it take to change a light bulb?
A: Seven. One to draw the unchanged light bulb, one to edit it into a changed lightbulb, one to draw the light bulb changer, one to code the events file, and three to playtest it.
